B&B Da Caramella

Ettore and Angela made us feel completely at home. Our rooms were cozy, spotless, and decorated with real care, and honestly looked even better than the photos. We loved the garden aperitif they put together with local specialties and homemade jams. Best one I’ve ever had.

We stayed at B&B da Caramella while passing through. Parking was handy, and the room was clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly, though we didn’t see them around much. The entrance was hard to spot, and the amenities were limited: there was no Wi-Fi because TIM coverage was poor, no air conditioning, and no bidet or face towels, just two large shower towels.

At B&B DA CARAMELLA there’s always plenty of sweetness, especially in the fig jam. The couple may have different tastes, he loves the sea and she prefers the mountains, but the hilly landscape around them gives you lovely walks and still lets you reach the sea in a flash. URBINO and its art and history are nearby, as is beautiful Gubbio. Their hospitality makes a holiday here even nicer. Graziella and Maurizio.

The owners are very helpful and kind, the room is cozy, and breakfast is generous. The B&B sits in the Furlo Gorge Reserve, with trails leading up the mountain. The highway is unfortunately closed to pedestrians right now, but you can drive to the other side of the reserve in about 10 minutes.
