The room was far more spacious than we expected, very comfortable, spotless, and felt brand new. It had top-brand appliances and high-quality amenities. The location right next to Duomo was another big plus. Oriana’s team were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to the reception staff for their kindness and for always making sure we had what we needed. We had an excellent experience and would definitely choose this hotel again.

I loved it so much that I extended my booking right away. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and had a lovely balcony. Its spot in the heart of Milano, just minutes from the Duomo, is hard to beat. The team were friendly and attentive, and the digital service was seamless. It was handy to talk over WhatsApp, and they even arranged a taxi for us in a minute. One little thing that would help is having basic cleaning supplies, like dish soap, in the unit. There were plenty of dishes, so that wasn't an issue, but I felt bad leaving some dirty. GRAZIE MILLE to the team, I'll definitely book here again when I'm back in Milano.

Fadwa and eduardo were so kind and helpful, and all the staff were friendly. The room was clean and well organized, and we had a very comfortable stay. It's about 8 minutes from duomo, with shops and restaurants all around the hotel. I highly recommend it and will come back again and again.

Oriana Homèl Milano is new, modern, and very clean, and the location made exploring easy. It was a short walk from the Duomo and close to lots of restaurants and activities. We spent a wonderful week there. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist and making us feel welcome. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Oriana Homèl Milano to anyone visiting Milan.

This felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The room was extremely clean and had a seating area with a love seat, nice kitchen amenities, and an espresso machine. Fadwa was professional and helpful. It's in the heart of Milan, close to shopping, duomo, and eateries. I recommend staying here.
