The gardens were lovely, and breakfast was simple but did the job, served outside among them. Our room was comfortable, with excellent wifi, and there’s free parking on site. It’s a tiny place with just two rooms, and the restaurant serves villa guests only. Fabio lives there and is around if you need anything. The mill, around 600 years old, has been beautifully restored. Fabio was a lovely host, and his mother Maria cooked the delicious homemade dinner we’d asked for.

The breakfast was generous and excellent, and I had a lovely dinner there one evening too. I spent three days at the B&B with my dog, and we both had a wonderful time. Fabio, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful. The renovated mill has cozy, clean rooms with hot water and heating. Highly recommended.

Fabio greeted us with a big smile and was wonderfully hospitable. He made sure we had everything we needed, which made the stop feel just right. We were travelling from Puglia to Piedmont and paused in the Marche region, in Fermignano. Highly recommended.

The owner’s warmth and charisma made this stay even better. The villa felt charming and welcoming, set in pristine nature at the foot of beautiful Urbino, and the owner was kind, friendly, and helpful.
