We spent five days here and left completely happy. The price was very competitive, especially for a place that combines the character of an 18th-century building with comforts such as air conditioning. It's right in the city center, and Fermo itself is well worth exploring. There are generous shared spaces, a spacious, well-equipped room, and a bathroom that was just right. The owner was around, professional, kind, and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and had plenty to choose from. Highly recommended.

Michele was welcoming and knew a lot about the area. We stayed one night in Fermo, and the rooms were both spacious and impeccably clean. I'd highly recommend it.

It's hard to miss this residence in Fermo's historic center. It takes up an entire block over three levels and is very close to the main square. The first-floor library is well stocked, and there are lots of richly furnished rooms between the bedrooms. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh. Continental breakfast is provided, and the owner gives guests a parking pass for the streets in the historic center. Michele has carefully kept the original upholstery and furnishings in this stunning period home. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with modern showers. One beautifully frescoed bedroom has a four-poster bed and an en-suite bathtub, as well as a separate bathroom with a shower. Definitely worth seeing, and I highly recommend it.

The staff were warm and courteous, and breakfast was good. The owner was especially kind and helpful. It's a lovely, refined place with comfortable rooms that feel full of history, and the location makes exploring the city easy, just a short walk from the historic center.
