B&B Porta Santa Lucia

Mrs. Pina is incredibly kind, and with all the lovely extra touches she adds, the place feels so warm and welcoming. The rooms have been renovated with great taste and quality, while keeping their old-world magic and offering every comfort. Only downside? Having to leave afterward. Highly recommended!

For the price, I'd expect breakfast, but none was provided. We were told there was an arrangement with a bar, but the bar doesn't exist. That's poor planning, and it's a shame because the place, right in the town center, is beautiful and could be worth much more. The bed felt as hard as marble; the floor might be more comfortable. I'd recommend staying only for the location.

The hostess is very kind, and there's Wi-Fi. The room is charming and right in central Fermo. Breakfast is included, and useful appliances are provided: coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and hairdryer. It's always clean and sanitized, and even during winter the adjustable radiators keep the temperature comfortable. Excellent B&B.

Right in the historic center, it's affordable and well cared for. Mrs. Pina is especially kind and helpful. The only trouble is the bed's so comfortable you might be late for work ;)
