10/10
The food was a highlight, with tasty lunches and dinners as well as a generous breakfast spread: yogurt, fruit, bread, cheese, ham, and more than just croissants. We stayed for a week and were very happy with the hotel. The rooms were clean and had balconies, and housekeeping came every day to wash the floor and change the towels and bed linen. The staff were very nice, and the area was pleasant, with a bus stop nearby.

4/10
The rooms are beautiful and well equipped, and the hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast was the problem. We went down at 9:00 to find dirty plates on almost every table, while the buffet was in poor shape with cold leftovers. We had to wait for staff. I'd be fine staying without breakfast, but otherwise I can't recommend the hotel.

The restaurant at the hotel was the most delicious in the region, and breakfast was generous too. The room was clean and had an amazing view. I was really surprised to find such good service in this city. Everything felt perfect, and I'll come back.

The location is great, near the cathedral at the top of the hill in Fermo, Italy. The service was very good and everything was amazing.
