The place is small but well run, with a lovely patio that some of the rooms face. There's an outdoor Jacuzzi and a breakfast terrace with an amazing view of the colline marchigiane. Each room is different, and they all have AC. The owners brought several dwellings back together after restoring them, much as they were in the past. That gives you an intimate retreat right in the center of Fermo. I stayed one night in the smallest room. It was comfortable, but there wasn't enough space for luggage, so next time I'll stay longer and choose a bigger room for more than a weekend. You can park on the street with a pass they provide. A great place, definitely recommended.

The breakfast was very good, and they accommodated my gluten-free diet. We could also communicate easily in both English and Italian, and the staff helped with all our requests. The garden is charming, with lovely views over the countryside. Ognissanti was one of the best places we've stayed. It was comfortable and easy, and they did a lot to help us discover Fermo and the region, sharing information about attractions and events and using local products.

The rooms and shared spaces were very clean and nicely refurbished. We liked the local products in the rooms, and our dog was warmly welcomed and happy there. We spent one night at this lovely guesthouse and couldn't have been happier with the hospitality. Highly recommend it!

The staff were friendly and attentive to everything we needed, and the breakfast was generous, freshly prepared, and had lots of choice. It was served on a terrace with a view. The whole property was spotlessly clean. The renovated rooms are kept with real care. Ours was just the right size and had every comfort. I especially liked the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, all natural local products and truly exceptional. I'd recommend this property to anyone visiting Fermo, especially in summer when there's so much to do.
