The children can wander and play freely around the village, which makes it a safe, fun place for families. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, plus a heated saltwater pool that's open around the clock. The bar and restaurant are friendly and the service is excellent. The staff's warmth and helpfulness are what really make a stay here, and it quickly feels like joining a second family. Leo is a star, always smiling as he handles the bar, maintenance, and apartment cleaning. Some evenings there's music and entertainment. See you soon!

We only found Baia del Sol because another place cancelled at the last minute, and honestly, thank goodness it did. It's a really peaceful spot by the sea, with Marcello and Leonardo looking after things. They're lovely, friendly, courteous, and always available. Families have lots to do: there's a pool, paddleboard court, beach volleyball, ping pong, foosball, a sandbox, toys on the grass, and hammocks and swings to relax in. The bar opens at around 7:00 a.m., and there's a restaurant too. Umbrellas and loungers are available both at the beach and pool, and it seems popular with families who have children or teenagers. Our apartment had a private terrace with a table, chairs, and drying rack. Inside were a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom that can fit five beds easily, and a small bathroom with the essentials. They provide cookware, cups, glasses, cutlery, bowls, a broom, dustpan, and mop, but you need to bring anything else. There was air conditioning, a small TV, and enough closet space. We'll definitely be back. The residence is between Porto Sant'Elpidio and Porto San Giorgio, and a long bike path links the two. The Coal supermarket is a three-minute walk away. There's also a discount store a kilometre towards Porto Sant'Elpidio, though you'd need a car to get there. If you take the bike path towards Porto San Giorgio, you can find a pizzeria, rotisserie, and chip shop, all with a sea view. Bye Marcello, see you next year!!!!!

There's so much here for both grown-ups and kids: beach, sea, pools, and open spaces with kiosks where you can relax. The apartments are lovely, a supermarket is nearby, and the staff are very kind. A beautiful place 👍
