I booked a sleep cabin in early November 2025 for February 18, 2026. A few weeks later, they emailed to say the cabins would be closing and that I’d be refunded. Three months on, there’s still no money back. I’ve emailed to ask about the refund status and haven’t received a reply.

The area is really noisy and there’s no sound isolation. It was dirty, too. The touchscreen didn’t work, so I had to contact support on whatsapp every time I needed to open the door.

The pod was filthy. The floor was dirty, and there was a balled-up, dirty paper “sheet” in the corner. The “mattress” was gross and ripped, airflow was nonexistent, and a fluorescent light shone into the pod all night. I can’t believe they think that’s acceptable. I’d stayed in a pod in Munich before, and it was clean, air conditioned, and had proper sheets, a pillow, and a pillowcase. This was the complete opposite. I wish I’d read the reviews before booking.

Self check-in was easy and worked fine, and being near the toilets at the end of the Malpensa Airport terminal is handy. You can walk there in your pyjamas. But the pods aren’t soundproof at all. I could hear talking, laughter, and music from the bathrooms, and the noise and light coming in from every side were incredibly disturbing. The screen for closing the windows and so on didn’t work properly. I tried to ignore it, but that was hard. There was no blanket or pillow. At the price they charge, I expected more, even an airline blanket set would have helped because I was freezing at night. Luckily I had jumpers with me. The screen was turned off but still bright. I’m not used to this kind of service, and it didn’t feel like decent quality.
