We slept really well in a comfortable bed, and the air conditioning worked properly. Our room had a view, and the place was tidy and clean. There was even somewhere to leave our bikes. We arrived after check-in time, but the instructions made self check-in easy, and communication was good.

The staff were really friendly, and housekeeping came daily. It was clean and good value, and I'd recommend it for a low-cost stay in Ferrara. The only issue was that the double-room bed wasn't a proper couple's bed, so sleeping together wasn't very comfortable.

The bathroom was shared, but it was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was modest and included. There's no reception since this isn't a hotel, though check-in went smoothly because the hosts use all the available messaging apps.

It's a B&B rather than a hotel, and a good pick for a budget traveler thanks to both the price and the location.
