The owner was courteous and very helpful, and there’s affordable public parking just a few minutes away. We stayed for a long weekend in this lovely apartment in a historic building, with thoroughly modern interiors. It was spotless and had all the comforts we needed, including appliances, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The location is only steps from the main square, and the apartment has a special deal with a historic osteria on Via delle Volte. We ate delicious traditional and more unusual dishes there. It worked especially well for our family with a newborn. It’s on the first floor without an elevator, but the stairs were manageable. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay and will definitely come back. The room was a real gem, right in the centre of Ferrara, with everything I needed, including a washing machine, iron, and fridge, all for a great price. The location was perfect for the concert I went to in Piazza Trento Trieste, just 12 steps from the apartment, literally 12. It's good for a couple like us, or even for someone on their own. I recommend following the owner's tips for parking and for hiring bikes or mono-skates, which are handy in Ferrara.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and the apartment had everything: a big bathroom, freshly washed towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, a very comfortable mattress, and unusually cozy pillows. There was also a TV, air conditioning/inverter, Wi-Fi, plus a little kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker, and kettle for tea or herbal drinks. Breakfast vouchers for a nearby bakery were a lovely extra. Being in the historic centre means there’s little or no parking, and locals use the spaces. With some luck, you might find one in Piazza S. Etienne or Piazza Sacrati. There are lots of places nearby for evenings out, including small restaurants and spots for simple food or street food. A truly wonderful weekend.
