The rooms were clean, though the carpet smelled a little and its green color was unusual. The bathroom fixtures could use an update. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was tidy. Breakfast felt sparse, especially the bread and rolls. The bar and restaurant shut at 11:30 pm, and afterward the owner's husband asked everyone to keep the noise down. It was okay for the price, but probably not a great fit for groups of younger people.

We ate dinner at Hotel Perwanger every night, and every course, from the starters through dessert, was delicious. The Perwanger family made us feel so welcome and helped us throughout our stay. We spent four nights there, and the clean, comfortable place really felt like home. Our room was warm and spacious, with plenty of storage, a balcony, and a very comfortable bed. There’s parking if you arrive by car, and public transport is very efficient: the bus stop is right by the hotel, with the Cableway 10 minutes away and Kastelruth 20 minutes away. This place feels magical. We can’t thank Hotel Perwanger enough, and we’ll definitely be back. DANKE!

The rooms could do with an update, but the food and service were excellent. The bus station is just a few steps away, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the Seiser Bahn.
