The staff made our stay, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. It’s family run, and that warmth really came through. We also loved the comfortable beds and incredible breakfast. The hotel has a distinctive, special atmosphere, and everything about the stay was wonderful.

The owner and his sons were incredibly kind and accommodating. After our four day trek, they even drove our rental car from the hotel to the place where we finished, so we didn’t have to take a bus. They also gave us plenty of hiking suggestions and clearly wanted us to enjoy the region. Best hotel around here, and I can’t recommend it enough!

We had a lovely stay at Luis Hotel. The staff were especially kind and polite, and the terrace was beautiful. The sauna was amazing too. Definitely recommend :)

The spa and breakfast were both fantastic, and Hotel Luis is in a great spot in Fiera di Primeiro. My husband and I had a great stay, thanks in large part to the owners, who are lovely and really go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. We booked a massage and it was so good, and super cheap! I can’t recommend this place enough.

GIACOMO greeted us with a big smile at the front office and took the time to explain everything, which made us feel very comfortable. He was the best Italian we’d met so far, since some Italians in Italy can be really nasty toward Asians. The rooms were a good size and nicely decorated. Dinner was excellent and reasonably priced, and the staff’s service was commendable.
