The location is very central, though evenings get quite noisy. The rooms are basic but match the pictures: a bed, wardrobe, table and two chairs, little bedside tables and a big lamp. They were generally clean, and the bathroom had a toilet, bidet, shower, sink and hairdryer, with two towels supplied. Check-in took some effort. We had to collect the keys at another address and enter a bunch of codes. The keys were hanging out in the open on a board, which didn't feel very secure, especially when there are key boxes outside the rooms. Communication was mostly through WhatsApp, which felt a bit strange and unprofessional, and they asked us to upload ID photos. I was okay with it once they let us send the necessary details through booking.com instead. It was okay overall, and it's hard to find somewhere cheaper in this location.

Everything was close by, and I thought the location was very good. The rooms are a little minimalistic but do the job. There are two bathrooms, which means one is usually available.

The place was so noisy at night that sleep didn't come until the early hours. They also never answered any of my questions, and the Wi-Fi they promised wasn't there. To get the keys, you have to follow WhatsApp instructions through a 10-step ordeal, using different codes for different keys until you finally find the one for your room in another building. What a lack of professionalism. I would never go back.

The location is the one good thing, very central and handy for visiting Florence's center. Everything else was a nightmare. Picking up the keys felt like a treasure hunt, 20 minutes' walk from the room, through another B&B and code after code just to open the doors. Inside, there was a heavy smell. The shared bathrooms were very dirty, and the rooms were average, dirty and neglected. The air conditioning didn't work, there was an electric heater that wasn't standard, and the TV couldn't be used. Our room was right below a nightclub playing music until 3 am. There seemed to be no safety equipment at all, no fire extinguishers or emergency lamp, even though there are 6 rooms and the regulations are clear. A negative experience. Better to spend more. I don't recommend it.
