There are just two rooms, so it stays quiet, and the location makes it easy to walk everywhere. Alessandro met us at check-in and explained everything, including his favorite local places to eat. The street is lively, but the new windows kept things almost completely silent inside. We had lots of room to unpack and stretch out, and the bed was super comfortable. Shared laundry facilities, plus coffee and tea, were a nice extra. We'd stay again!

Alessandro was a great host, easy to reach on WhatsApp, and met us at check-in to show us how everything worked. He also shared a list of recommended restaurants and bars. We had breakfast each day at the nearby My Bakery cafe. Though the street is lively, closing the windows shuts out the noise. The bed was comfortable, and we liked the spacious mezzanine layout. We used the shared laundry room twice, which had a washer, dryer, and laundry soap. The place is a gem within easy walking distance of the train station and all the major sights. We'd definitely return!

We appreciated being able to leave our luggage, which isn’t always offered. They also gave us detailed parking information, including how they handle the ZTL rules themselves. The B&B is close to the center and handy for getting around. Everyone was friendly, everything was spotless, and the stay was convenient. We’ll happily recommend it and come back to Florence.
