Teatro Luxury Apartments Firenze - Starhotels Collezione

Coming back to the apartment after a day out was lovely. It was kept very clean and neatly made up, and room service was great. The two bedroom apartment was excellent and had everything we needed. From booking onward, the front office team communicated well and took real care of guests. The location sits a little way from the center, but has its own charm. We enjoyed walking along the Arno river on our way to tour sites. We strongly recommend Teatro Luxury Apartments for a stay in Florence.

The apartment was welcoming and roomy, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom that was both functional and well designed. Illy coffee pods, tea, and chamomile were provided, and the room had automation throughout. The property itself is new and elegant, with a restrained but refined style. The staff were caring, attentive, motivated, and truly kind. For the value, it's one of the best places I've stayed in recent years. I'll definitely come back.

The staff gave us fantastic service, and Michelle deserves a special thank you. She was so sweet and went out of her way to make the stay great. Our suite was being maintained when we arrived, so the front desk upgraded us to a really nice room with lovely decor, a steam shower, and two balconies. The hotel is still under construction, but it never got in the way for us. The spa, restaurants, and bar weren't open yet, though I'm sure they'll be great once everything is officially open. There was an attached garage with elevator access, in and out privileges, and parking for 40 euros per night. Free laundry with cleaning products was a real help after we'd been traveling around Europe for two weeks. Everything was close, and the Duomo was a quick 10-15 minute walk. We had an amazing stay.

Alfredo made changing our room for a better view easy and stress free. He was very helpful and polite, and went above and beyond when we asked. The staff were kind and professional, and the hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Its location made everything close and easy to get to. At the end of the trip, they also gave us cacao powder so we could make hot chocolate when we got back to our country. We had a great time at Starhotels Teatro Luxury Apartments and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family. We'll return in the future.
