We had a big room, and it was quiet despite being close to the highway, which suited us. The woman at reception was very kind. Breakfast was fine, with fresh croissants and great coffee, though there wasn't much choice. The restaurant beside the hotel took an hour to bring our three pizzas. Maybe that wasn't the hotel's fault.

For my work trip, the room seemed clean and the hotel was affordable, but the stay felt sterile and I won't be back. I don't think it deserves three stars: there were no amenities or furnishings to make the place welcoming, and reception was just a cluttered desk with nobody there. On the stairs to the first floor, I saw an open junction box with wires sticking out. Breakfast is at a nearby restaurant, which also serves dinner for €13 fixed price. Getting there meant walking past a lot of garbage. The meals were frozen or pre-cooked, apart from pizza, which was made to order. The hotel is in an industrial area.

Rosy and Michela were so kind, helpful, and friendly, I'd give them 10 stars. Our room was clean and quiet, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay, and the location worked perfectly for what we needed.

If a bed and a hot shower are all you need, this place has them and won't cost much. It's also just a stone's throw from Ferrara.
