After an unsatisfactory stay, I posted a negative review and then received a response from the property owner that I found deeply concerning and disproportionate. The owner later contacted me across several social media platforms and publicly posted images of me and what appeared to be personal identification documents. Online, there were also disparaging comments about me and my minor daughter. This caused significant distress and, in my view, serious harm to my reputation. This all happened only after we shared our dissatisfaction in a negative review. Guests should be able to give honest feedback without fearing personal exposure or online harassment. I strongly advise caution in dealing with the property owner. Experiences can vary, but what happened to us went far beyond a normal, professional response to criticism.

The hosts and food were the best part of this B&B. Lorenzo and Giovanna are lovely, and they do so much to make you comfortable. It ended up feeling like visiting good friends, not staying at a hotel. The breakfast has plenty of choice, including Tuscan specialties and vegetables fresh from Lorenzo's garden. I'd also strongly recommend dinner there. The menu was better than most restaurants, with real Tuscan specialties, and eating outside on the terrace with other guests, good food, some vine, and the view made for a great atmosphere. The rooms are very clean, with nice, modern decor, and most have a great view over Regello. It's peaceful, but you definitely need a car. We've stayed at a lot of B&Bs and hotels, and this was by far one of the best. We can recommend it without hesitation and will definitely return.

Lorenzo and Giovanna are lovely, and the place is wonderful. Dinner at La Terrazza die Reggello is amazing.

The food and wine, much of it homegrown and local, were wonderful. Beautiful setting and rooms, and amazing hosts. Highly recommend.
