Great place, especially thanks to Silvia and the breakfast. A few things to know: check-in is at a separate location, there's no parking directly on the property, and there's no lift to the upper floor. The toilet is spacious, but the shower cubicle is tight. Besides that, everything was excellent.

All the staff were wonderful, and Nico had great suggestions for nearby restaurants. The breakfast spread was generous, with plenty of good choices. The place is nicely set outside the city, but still close to Florence and the Chianti area. We arrived in Florence without our luggage, and Danielle was especially helpful. Mille grazie to her for explaining where we could buy clothes and basics like toothpaste, and for calling the airline several times to find out what had happened to our bags.

We stayed in the top room of the 16th-century tower, with incredible views over the Arno river valley and the surrounding area. The pool felt otherworldly, and breakfast had a generous spread. Even the coffee was out of this world. We had the greatest honeymoon experience at Relais villa Belvedere this past week. The staff were kind and accommodating, and we can't wait to return!

The apartment was nice, though it didn't have any pans for cooking. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also liked the pool. Florence is about a 30-minute drive away. Checking in out of season can be a challenge, so read the instructions carefully.
