The staff were thoughtful throughout. The front desk person who checked us in gave us generous recommendations for food and transport, though we forgot to ask her name. One evening, after we forgot to put out the correct room-cleaning sign, they still sent someone to help late in the day. Housekeeping also came by every night with a little after-dinner treat and a good-night wish. Great hospitality. We loved the complimentary cocktails through our Accor Plus membership. The in-house restaurant serves generously sized drinks too, and I especially recommend the Amaretto Sour if you like something sweet with a hint of caramel and vanilla. The location is close to good restaurants and souvenir shops, including a place where we could buy Venice Carnival masks just 20 meters from the hotel entrance. Piazale Roma, a main transport hub with vaporettos around town, is also just a stone’s throw away. We were lucky to get upgraded to a balcony room overlooking a canal. The view was gorgeous, and we enjoyed having two chairs and a tiny table out there for a glass of wine or a quiet smoke while watching people. Inside, the room felt luxurious thanks to its wallpaper and design. The wallpaper made the walls look seamless, hiding the bathroom and closet doors. We loved our stay here.

We were upgraded at check-in to an incredible suite after booking through Costco travel. It looked over a small canal and was within walking distance of the grand Canal and several great restaurants and bars. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the included breakfast had a wonderful selection. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

The bar and restaurant are cozy, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the beds were comfortable. I also liked the thoughtful interiors, the welcome cookie box, and the proper turndown with chocolates, water, and the bed made up. Cocktails came with the welcome drink, and the bar staff made some great ones. The location is excellent, and the building really gives you that Venice feeling. I arrived late and was upgraded straight away. Lara was lovely and welcoming, and the next day ANNA sorted out a few small issues from my arrival and moved me to an even better room with a beautiful balcony. The team were professional and friendly throughout. They could teach M gallery staff globally a thing or two about looking after guests. A few rooms could use minor cosmetic repairs, and I would have liked more bottled water, better pillow choices, and some toilet paper. A gym and pool would make this a five-star stay. Still, the staff know how to take care of visitors, and I’d choose the place again without hesitation.

Ivan deserves a special mention. He was kind, professional, and went out of his way to make our visit better. The whole team was warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We found the location convenient for getting to the main sights, but the hotel itself stayed peaceful and quiet. Our room was very comfortable, well kept, and had everything we needed to unwind after a long day. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommend it for a comfortable visit.

The breakfast was good, and I especially appreciated the Christmas touches in the food. We also enjoyed a very good aperitivo at the bar, with plenty of wine and cocktail choices. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were greeted warmly when we arrived. The rooms were clean, with tasteful Murano glass artwork, and the local snacks left as a welcome gift were a nice touch. A lovely spot for a relaxing Venice trip.
