We stayed for 10 days with our family, including our baby, and every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was well located, with shops and other city needs just a short walk away; the historic center and train station were nearby too. There are also lovely castles and landscapes a short trip away for walks and time outdoors. We enjoyed the restaurant as well. The food was good quality for the price, and housekeeping did a nice, thorough job. Our only small difficulty was storing clothes for three people without a wardrobe in the room, though we managed. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The staff really made this hotel stand out. Everyone we met, from the housekeeping lady to the teams at reception, the bar, restaurant, breakfast and checkout, was polite, professional and unbelievably helpful. We were both very impressed and would happily stay again. We came for one night in September before the camper expo in Parma. The tasteful decor caught our eye, and after checking in we went straight to the inviting bar, took an outside table and had a lovely time. We decided to try the restaurant too, and the meal was excellent. Everything we ordered was delicious, and everything coming out of the kitchen looked great. Our bedroom was spotless, modern and practical, with a wonderful shower and a small balcony. The bed, mattress and pillows were superb, and we slept very well. Highly recommended.

Luca was so helpful, thank you! The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed. We also got lovely service and a nice breakfast. The location is perfect, and the place is clean with thoughtful details. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was the big surprise, with wonderful dishes and excellent staff. We only stayed one night, but the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a modern AC system. Amazing place, highly recommend.

The owner and staff looked after me so well, helping and encouraging me throughout my stay. I spent four nights there after an injury stopped me from continuing my hike on the Via Francigena. The food, service, and location all worked really well for me. I hope to stay again when I return to Italy.
