Our room was roomy and comfortable, with a TV and a great shower to come back to after exploring the area. We stayed for a month with our rabbit, and the staff were so kind and welcoming to animals. They were also really friendly and happy to answer any questions. Breakfast was very good, and the coffee too. The location was perfect. I’d recommend it to anyone who loves traveling with a pet.

We had a really pleasant day by the pool, with loungers, deck chairs, and even some shade. The bride-to-be also loved her massage at the hotel spa. We were there for a bachelorette weekend, and the whole staff deserve a special thank you for being so kind, patient, and helpful.

Even though I was only there briefly, I had a better experience than at many four-star hotels nearby. The manager was charming and professional, and the young man had a reassuring, helpful smile. I was traveling for work, and because the city isn't very well connected, they found me an excellent driver, Giuseppe. I felt welcome, and the room temperature was just right. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The spa was the one good part. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were fairly clean, though they could have been better. In winter we ended up washing with lukewarm water. We called several times about it, but the water only got a little hot before turning lukewarm again. Breakfast had very limited choices. At this price, everything should be right, and it wasn't. A town like Fiuggi, known for its spas, ought to know how to welcome guests.
