10/10
The restaurant was warm and welcoming each day, and the food was excellent. Breakfast was generous too, with both sweet and savory choices. We came with a group a few days ago and got a very good welcome from the staff. The rooms were all clean, tidy, and warmed with the air conditioning.

We had a spacious, comfortable room, and the staff were nice and very professional with us, though they spoke only Italian. The food was passable. Wi-Fi didn't reach our room, and the wall sockets made our chargers get boiling hot.

There's a supermarket right across from the hotel, and I heard the local water contains sulfur and is good for your skin. The workers here are kind. Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby, and you'll definitely need a heater if you visit in winter. Don't count on a hot shower.

The food was awful and the staff were rude. After we paid extra for the AC, the hotel staff disabled it. The rooms are awful too, and the shower doors get stuck most of the time. Stay away from this hotel!

It's okay, though not perfect. The furniture is a bit old, the shower is small, and only one side of the building has a nice view. The meal was good.
