The food was amazing, and the service was friendly and very accommodating. Our room was comfortable and clean. They were open at a time when most nearby hotels were closed.

I came for the restaurant, which welcomes people who aren't hotel guests too. The dining room is lovely, with a big picture window toward the mountains, and there is parking out front. The cooking was excellent and homely. I had torta fritta with delicious Parma ham, tortellini in broth, fried mushrooms, lamb ribs, then blueberry ice cream. A nice Lambrusco went with it all. At thirty euros each, the quality made it feel like a great deal. The service was warm and homely too. I'll be back for sure.

For €75 a room, we slept and ate adequately, and the prices seemed fair. The hotel could use an update, though, it feels frozen in the '80s, maybe even the '70s. The one serious complaint was that there was no hairdryer in the room, which is hard to forgive at a mountain hotel.
