We needed somewhere near the airport for an early morning flight, and a pricey airport hotel wasn’t an option for the three of us. I found this inn online, and it was a terrific surprise: clean and really good. The owner and his wife are delightful and seem to love hosting. We’d definitely stay again.

Stefano was such a generous, accommodating host, and his kindness made my time in Fiumicino lovely. The place felt beautiful and homely, with plenty of hygiene amenities, plus complimentary pastries, fruit, and coffee. Papaya beach is also a lovely 20-minute walk away. Grazie mille signore Stefano!

We were accused of taking keys that we hadn’t taken, then charged more than the room cost, so the price ended up doubled. They didn’t believe us and took the money. Don’t book this hotel. We can’t recommend it to anyone.

When will this place be finished, and when will tourists be able to get assistance? There should be someone available nearby and on hand to help. For goodness’ sake, this is Rome, not some third world country.
