We arrived to find Paella as the restaurant special, and it was absolutely excellent. Staying at Hotel Umberto in the low season meant the seawater was still too cold to swim, but we enjoyed being close to both the town center and the seaside. Botanic Park of Porto Caleri is nearby too, and is well worth a visit, especially on a cool, breezy day. The rooms are on the small side and the bathrooms tiny, though everything was neat and clean. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was excellent, and free parking was available both in front and behind the hotel. Rosolina Mare feels like a step back to the 1960s, with little changed in 60 years. For a quiet, unpretentious family holiday at an easy pace, this worked well for my wife and me.

Dinner was the highlight of our half-board stay. The food was plentiful, carefully prepared, and far better than we expected. Every evening at the table was a pleasure. The chef and staff were professional, courteous, and attentive. We had a truly excellent experience and would definitely return.

We had a perfect week in the new apartments beside the hotel. The beds were super comfortable, and the place was impeccably clean. Having sheets and towels included was a real bonus. We also appreciated the quiet, the comfort, the great location, and the independence of the apartments. An ideal holiday, and I'll definitely do it again.

The sea is close by, which made our stay even better. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection, with options to suit guests' preferences. The owners were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our short stay. Recommended.
