A bus stop nearby has buses into the city at regular intervals, and the stay felt well worth the money. The place is close to nature, and I had a really good experience. The receptionist was kind and nice, and spoke English very well. The cleaning service was good too.

The owner welcomed us warmly and gave us great tips for the B&B and for Siena. Our rooms were comfortable and clean, with a good bathroom. The breakfast was easily the best part. It's a quiet, cozy B&B outside the city, though it's a bit secluded, so I'd recommend having your own car. Highly recommend staying here!

The room had air conditioning, towels, soap, and was clean. I also liked the owner's prepared map with restaurant and parking recommendations for Siena, the Tuscany view, and the garden with tables and chairs outside. We didn't use the garden, though, since we couldn't use the kitchen or fridge to prepare breakfast. We'd paid 40 euros, but got no breakfast, and using the fridge cost another 10 euros a day. We were left without breakfast for two days, and didn't buy food because charging that much to use a fridge felt unreasonable. The booking on BOOKING COM clearly said breakfast was included. After we paid, the owner sent an unclear text about it. I asked whether breakfast was included but got no answer until we arrived. My husband and I didn't like the owner. He wasn't very welcoming or warm. He recited something memorized with a forced smile, and it felt like our only purpose there was to earn him money. The walls are very thin: we could hear him and his wife talking and laughing late at night, and even water running in another room. I asked them to be quiet, and they were silent after that, but the sound carries a lot in this house.

The location was quiet and convenient, just a couple of minutes' walk from a bus stop with service straight into Siena. Fabio gave us incredible help arranging winery tours. We had only worked out the basics, so he looked up the rest, called all the places, and set everything up. It's the best service I've ever had at a hotel.
