Check-in was smooth, and they gave us places to eat and helped arrange any airport shuttle we needed ahead of time. Everything was well organized. We had an Italian breakfast at checkout. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and there was a bunk bed for the kids, a big bathroom, towels, and AC. There was no fridge. You can hear some planes, but that comes with being close to the airport. Service deserves five stars. A perfect place for a stopover while returning from our Italy trip before catching a 10 a.m. flight after dropping off the car.

The AC was good, and the restrooms were okay. There’s noise from the airport, which is expected, but the downstairs rooms also pick up a lot of reception noise when little kids are trying to sleep.

The hosts were polite and the service was nice. It was close to the airport, which suited us while we waited for our third companion before continuing our trek through Italy.

Sabrina and her mother were excellent hosts. They were generous about our late arrival and early departure, and even treated us to warm croissants for breakfast!

It’s quite far from central Rome and the train stations, but the room and place were nice. The owner was very friendly and helped with anything we needed.
