There was sand on the floor, the sheets had no scent, and the tablecloths were completely worn. The sanitary conditions were terrible. The shutter wouldn't stay up and kept closing by itself, and the front door had no inside latch, so you had to lock yourself in. There was no hair dryer, no sugar packets, and no plastic cups. The coffee machine had to be yanked to start, and the croissants were substandard. An experience to forget.

The only real plus was the sea view from the window and being so close to the beach. The breakfast pastries were average, and the apartment was hardly worth the price. The apartment was very noisy, with neighbors' conversations and TV coming through. The bed was worn and very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning didn't work, though luckily there was a fan. The front door only locks with the key, and even then it's very difficult. The kitchen was poorly equipped: one saucepan, only one fork when we arrived, and no sponge, dish soap, or dishcloth. There was just one partly used roll of toilet paper, the bath towels were past their prime, and some half-eaten food had been left in the fridge.
