The room was warm and comfortable, with a great bed and shower, and even though the airport is right nearby, we heard no noise. Staff communication was great, and the digital check-in and door access were easy. There’s a shared kitchen with complimentary drinks and treats, too. A really handy place to stay around a flight. I wish my Airbnb in Rome had been this good.

I slept incredibly well here. The guest house was peaceful, spotless, and carefully set up with everything I might need, and it’s about 17 minutes from the airport, which worked well for an overnight layover. This was my first guest house stay, after a recent disappointing night at a 4-star hotel in Rome. That hotel was dirty and felt neglected, while here the owner was clearly involved and cared about keeping the place in good shape. The difference was striking, and I loved my stay.

We were tired from traveling, but got a great rest in a spacious, clean room with modern equipment. The bed was comfortable and the bedding fresh. We arrived for a late check-in at 1 a.m. and were a little nervous, but the hotel contacts kept in touch online and guided us through everything. There was good coffee, sweet-smelling tangerines, and plenty of cookies in the kitchen. The next day, we asked for a letter to the sea because it was nearby, then continued on to Rome. Thank you for the hospitality. We recommend it.

The owner later got in touch, apologized, and refunded us. It sounds like there had been trouble with the cleaners they were paying, and the owners hadn't known how bad things were. There are a few nice things: the property is in a house where you can hear birds outside, and there are snacks, tea, and coffee in the shared area. But the room and bathroom were in awful shape. The bed was very poor quality and made loud noises whenever we moved. The owners came to repair it, which helped somewhat, but we still couldn't sleep properly. The pillows were dirty and uncomfortable, and the sheets were visibly worn. The walls were stained, and the sink hadn't been cleaned. There was a thick layer of dust and stains underneath it. The shower floor was covered in rust marks. In the middle of the night, the towel holder fell with a huge bang and scared us. We saw that it had recently been attached with glue. The furniture was cheap and low quality, and hot water took a long time to arrive. There was no sound insulation between rooms, so we could hear everything from the hallway and next door. We also had noisy neighbors. The host offered to call us a taxi to the airport for 25 euros, despite the drive taking only 6-8 minutes. Uber was about 15-16 euros, and public transport was almost 3 euros. That felt like a scam. Calling this place “luxury” feels like a bad joke. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my enemies. The price isn't justified, and it would be cheaper to stay near central Rome and use public transport. This was the worst accommodation we've had on our trips to Rome. The owners must be delusional if they think this place is luxury.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough for a one-night airport stay. The bathroom was spotless, had plenty of counter space, and came with great amenities. There are snacks and drinks in a small fridge, too. Check-in uses a lot of digital tools, and the airport is nearby, though a taxi costs 25 euros. Getting in could be hard for anyone who's not comfortable with technology. My mom probably couldn't have managed it alone. There was constant barking from several dogs, and noise carried between rooms and from outside. The shower has extra heads but no way to keep water from spreading through the bathroom, so I could only use the handheld one. I had to wash my hair in a corner. There was no milk or creamer for morning coffee or tea, and the area isn't great for restaurants or a stroll.
