This stay was a bad choice, and I wouldn't recommend it, especially for a family. The bed was very old and uncomfortable, the pillow was old and disgusting, the seat was dirty, and the bathroom wasn't clean. The room's outdated lighting was unpleasant to look at. The TV remote didn't work, and there was nobody to serve breakfast in the morning. What was left out was an old cake and a plate of rotten fruit, exposed to the hot air and insects, with a foul smell. I also felt the owner was materialistic and raised the price for us.

The location is superb, just 100 metres from the beach, with lots of seafood restaurants nearby and the airport close too. They can arrange an airport shuttle for €20. The property has six rooms and is very well maintained. Joy manages the place and is excellent, helpful, and focused on service. Our room was clean, the linen was good, and the towels were clean.

The rooftop garden has wonderful views, and there's easy access to buses and good food. We found the staff amazing, especially in helping us with everything we needed for a great time in Rome. It felt like one of the best kept secrets.

The staff were very nice and arranged a 7 a.m. ride to the airport. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and its airport location works well for a one-night stay. The street itself is a bit crummy, though there are plenty of restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The photos make the hotel look much more appealing than it is, and I'd rate it closer to two stars.

A cozy, clean place near the airport, with plenty of good spots to eat. Joy greeted us warmly, was friendly, and explained everything clearly. There wasn't a breakfast area at the time because of COVID, but the room did have a decent supply of breakfast items.
