The host was kind, quick to respond, and proactive, and I had a wonderful stay. Both the room and shared area looked beautiful and were clean. I felt safe, and a delicious dinner was just a couple of minutes' walk away. There's a local bus from the airport, but the timing worked out so I used Uber.

A cozy, modern, new hotel with a large room, huge TV, and a luxurious living room shared between two rooms. Breakfast is tasty, though it's all sweets, juice, water, tea, and coffee. The towels and toilet paper are high quality and snow-white. I recommend it without hesitation.

A helpful, responsive owner matters when there's no time to figure out the neighborhood or local transport, and this one was great. It's a good value for a relatively short stay. It doesn't have every amenity of the bigger places, but it has what you need, as shown in the photos and description, including booking.com. Everything provided was very good quality.

The trip into Rome took about an hour and a half, which is why I couldn't give the location five stars. You take a Circo bus to Lido Centro, then the Metromare and metro. The last two work with a Rome travel card or pass, but the bus is in a different region and needs a separate ticket. Once you learn the system it's fairly straightforward, just remember to validate tickets. For the airport, I found the easiest route was a 15-minute walk to the river Tiber and its little dock, then a direct bus for 7 euros, paid by card on board or with a ticket from a tobacconist. Total journey took around 35 minutes. There are public transport links to both the airport and Rome City. I stayed two nights as a solo traveler and would happily return and recommend the place to others. The accommodation was to a very high standard throughout, with a private ensuite room and a kitchen diner shared with one other room. Self check-in was fairly straightforward, and there were no problems. Complimentary toiletries were appreciated, and the price reflected what you got, about a four-star standard. My neighbors unfortunately drank all the bottled water and juice and ate the breakfast treats the owner had left for each of us. The only way I can think of to prevent that kind of greed is to keep breakfast items in the rooms. A lovely, quiet public beach is a five-minute stroll away. One beach section is set up for accessibility, with paths onto the sand for wheelchairs and showers. That's a real plus for the area, and it's free, paid for by the Fiumicino government as they work to improve accessibility. There are some restaurants and bars along the promenade, but it's a quieter area, so don't expect a party scene.
