The manager was quite rude, and the whole experience was awful. My reserved room had been given to someone else, so I couldn’t stay at the property. They didn’t refund my money or arrange another room, and I ended up stranded outside at 03:00 am with nowhere to go. With help from locals, I eventually found another hotel, and I’m grateful to them. This was the worst layover I’ve ever had. They don’t deserve a single star. I felt it was a fraud and a complete waste of time and money.

We arrived very late and had an early flight, so we had no choice but to sleep on the towels. They looked unclean too. The room was generally dirty, and the bed linen was visibly soiled, with around 10 short black hairs on it. Disgusting. Clean bedding should be the bare minimum. I strongly don’t recommend this place.

The photos here are very misleading. The building felt sketchy, and our room hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was a makeup stain on the pillows, and the bathroom was dirty and moldy.

It’s close to the airport, so it’s okay for one night. The place isn’t really perfect, though.

A broken doorknob left me locked in the bathroom for over an hour. When I closed the door, the handle fell off, but the landlord yelled at me in Italian, apparently accusing me of breaking it. Then she kicked my girlfriend and me out and had two men watch us outside. We felt extremely unsafe, and it ruined the last day of our vacation. By far the worst hotel or B&B experience I’ve had. Stay here at your own risk.
