The team made everything easy, from arrival to checkout, and were always kind and ready to help. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the location worked perfectly for exploring Florence. We felt at home and would gladly return. Highly recommend it.

We loved sitting in our room with the balcony doors open, looking out over the river. We were here for our anniversary, and the stay was wonderful. It’s a short, easy walk to the places we wanted to see, even though the hotel isn’t right in the city center. Being beside the American consulate, with three other consulates in the same building, also made the neighborhood feel very safe.

The neighborhood is peaceful and pleasant, and though the hotel’s location isn’t quite ideal, the extra walk is worth it. The staff made sure we were enjoying our stay, and the cozy room was a welcome place to relax. I’m usually not keen on hotel breakfasts, but this one changed my mind. I’d be happy to stay here on my next trip to Florence.

The buffet breakfast was tasty and nicely presented, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Our quiet, well-designed room looked out over the Arno River. The hotel is close enough to walk to both the old city center and the central station. We’ll definitely return to Florence and stay here again. A big thank you to Giampaulo, Mirsel and the team.

They even arranged a taxi for us and let us check in early. For my birthday, the staff surprised me with prosecco and snacks, which was so thoughtful. Everyone made us feel looked after, and the hotel itself is warm and comfortable, with cozy rooms and a delicious breakfast. It’s in a quiet area, too.
