The location is good, and the room and bathroom were both fine. But the bed was by far the worst I’ve had on this trip, across five other cities and a mix of hostels and hotels. The mattress was strangely lumpy and horribly uncomfortable. The check-in arrangements were confusing too, since they don’t explain where to go. It’s a weird setup. I’d probably skip recommending it. The three stars are mainly because it’s cheap.

The location is the only reason I’m giving this two stars. The room was small, though that wasn’t the main issue. The bathroom was tiny and nowhere near as nice as it looked in the photos, and the noise was awful. You could hear every word the staff said early on weekday mornings. One morning the electricity was out, so the front door wouldn’t open and I couldn’t get out. When I called staff, they were angry that I’d woken them. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. For anything beyond the location, I wouldn’t give it three stars, or even one.

A friendly team and a really convenient spot near S.M Novella train station. Most sights are within walking distance, and there are plenty of nice cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Just remember, check-in happens at another nearby hotel.

The service was terrible, the shower was broken, and the room was dusty and dirty. This is not a 3 star hotel!
