Affittacamere Benedetta

Luigi made the stay special with his tips for restaurants and places to see. He gave us a map, and every suggestion was great. The room was clean and practical, with air conditioning that we really needed in the heat. It was cleaned each day, and fresh cartons of juice and water were left daily. We had a fantastic time and hope Luigi will still be there with his hints and tips when we come back to Florence. Thanks, Luigi!

A sweet little hotel tucked inside an apartment-like building. It was clean, and the lovely couple who own it clearly care about their business and Italy. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're exploring this part of Florence.

Luigi and his wife were so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We booked a single room at the last minute for two adults and two toddlers, and Luigi offered us a triple bedroom for the same price. The rooms were very clean. It's about 10 minutes from the train station and a 15-minute walk to the center, with Carrefour express just around the corner.

The room wasn't fancy, but it was clean, and the owner and staff were nice. Still, check the booking rules carefully because they wouldn't let me change my reservation after I made it. I contacted Expedia within six hours of realizing this Airbnb wasn't in central Florence and offered to pay more for somewhere more central, but the owner wouldn't refund the booking. It's 1 km from central Florence, which was too much walking for me with luggage over old stone streets after climbing to the top of Duomo and spending the day in museums and galleries.
