4/10
The location is very good, just 5 minutes from the central train station and 10-15 minutes from almost 80% of Florence's attractions. The room, though, looked nothing like the pictures on Booking. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom wasn't clean enough, and the shower was too small. The guy who greeted us was very cold.

Check-in and checkout were quick, and the location is very convenient. The room was okay, and there's a fridge in the shared area.

Great location and a clean room.

The location is excellent, very close to the station and the center. It's on the second floor, and either there was no elevator or we were told not to use it. The bathroom was private but outside the room, and didn't even have a socket that would work with a hair dryer.

I’ve already rated this hotel 3 out of 5 because the noise starts far too early in the morning.
