We arrived at 2:00 a.m. on November 29, but the room was warm and cozy. Getting in and checking ourselves in was really easy, with clear directions from the staff. The room felt perfect, bright, and positive, and even though we went to bed early, waking up there felt easy. My friend said it gave her the right feeling for a full day ahead in I love you Florence. I brought a friend along to experience Florence, my city, like a tourist. Bravo!

The room was clean and spacious, and they provided a towel, shampoo, and shower gel at check-in. It’s easy to reach by tram from the city center. But there was no hot water in the morning, which was irritating. The twin bed was low and small, and there weren’t enough blankets. It isn’t worth the price, and you may find a better option. Don’t let it spoil your days in beautiful Florence.

I stayed in November 24. This is a private rental, and the owner only sends check-in details around the time you arrive, so make sure you have decent Wi-Fi data. It was tricky to find and isn’t near the city. The beds were ordinary, and the guy running it seemed pretty dodgy. Try somewhere else.

The location is great for taking the tram into the center, and the coffee at breakfast was okay. Still, I was disappointed, even though I wasn’t expecting much. We didn’t get lice, unlike what others said on TripAdvisor, but the place was dirty and poorly equipped. The building felt very strange, like a floor rented out in an office, and the place seemed more like a workers’ hostel than a b&b. Breakfast was extremely bare-bones. Better to spend a little more for somewhere habitable.
