The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, quiet, and cool, which was especially welcome in the June heat. The price was low too. It's a little way from the center, but they can call you a taxi, or you can walk to the tram.

The place had a vintage, homey feel. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, even folding our clothes. The receptionist didn't speak English, but was still warm, respectful, and helpful, and made us feel looked after right away. I'd happily recommend it.

A nice café is right downstairs, and the tram and buses are only a three-minute walk away. The place has everything you need, including a comfortable bed, AC, and a good shower, though the decor feels like your grandma's house in the 60s. It worked well for a cheap stay since we were out all day and mainly needed a bed. Better than I expected.
