The owners are warm and welcoming, and even though there isn’t a staffed reception, they respond quickly on WhatsApp. On arrival we got a tour of the property, which is on the top floor of a large building. The complimentary drinks in the shared area were a nice touch, but the real wow was the roof terrace. Daniela sat with us and shared local tips that made the trip more special. The restaurants he recommended outside the main tourist area were a real find. The guesthouse is just beyond the main tourist area, which is an easy walk away, so it has a relaxed feel. The room and bed were very comfortable. One of the most special places we’ve stayed on our travels. What a gem. I can’t wait to return.

It’s in a quiet area, but all the attractions are within walking distance. The terrace has an amazing view. The owners were incredibly friendly and had brilliant suggestions for the city, restaurants included. Amazing location. Grazie!

Getting there from downtown is easy, just take one bus. It’s close to academia, where you can see David statues, and there are grocery stores nearby for picking up wine and food. It’s a very nice place to stay. It isn’t as big as mentioned, but it’s worth it.

The terrace was a great bonus, with good views across the city, and there are cool restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel felt clean and well organized, and the bed was comfortable. The room had enough space to unpack. They don’t serve breakfast, which suited me well since I could eat at coffee shops without feeling bad about wasting food. I enjoyed my four-night stay. They contacted me on WhatsApp before I arrived, which reassured me that the booking was in order. I was welcomed, shown around, and given tips for things to do in Firenze. They definitely added something positive to my trip. Thank you.

We enjoyed sitting on the upper terrace and taking in the view across the whole city. The host took time to suggest places to visit and restaurants, and the ones they recommended were just as good as described. It’s central but still quiet and cozy. The bar with spirits is a great idea too. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Florence.
