Antica Posta Bed & Breakfast - Florence

The room was spacious, the bathroom clean, and there was a minibar provision. Staff were friendly, the nearest tram stop is just 30 seconds away, and the city center is about 10 minutes away. The setup has very little staff presence. If you arrive at an odd hour, you have to read the notes, get the keys, and find your way into the apartment. When something goes wrong, you may have to wait until staff come in. There’s a contact number, but calling it requires a SIM card with talk time. On our second day, the AC remote was missing from our room, and we had no way to reach staff until the next morning. Breakfast was basic: two pieces of toast, some bakery items, juice, and lukewarm coffee.

The price felt very fair for Florence, and the location near the train station was convenient. Communication with the staff was excellent. My room and private bathroom were both spacious and clean. I’d highly recommend B&B Antica Posta and would gladly stay again.

I spent three nights here and found it quiet, clean, and comfortable, with easy access to everything I needed. It was simple to get here from either the train station or the airport, and check-in went smoothly. The staff were friendly, communication was great, and the price was very reasonable.

The room was even nicer than the photos, and breakfast came to our bed. On the days we had to leave early, they offered us breakfast to take along. The owners greeted us warmly and gave us a helpful overview of the city. Wonderful people, and I’d stay here again.
