Nico welcomed us warmly and took time to explain things when our family of five from New Zealand arrived at Apartment Pink 21. It was spotless, nicely presented, spacious, and had plenty of equipment. The WiFi worked well, and there were lots of things for children to do. We only had a short walk to the train station before dawn, and the road was well lit. We enjoyed our night there.

We stayed for one night and really liked it. It felt like a home, and the host was very friendly. He has a lovely eye for decorating. Strongly recommended.

The apartment had everything we needed, and the person we dealt with was so kind. He explained it all clearly and was there if anything came up. My husband and I had a great weekend and a really positive stay. We'd highly recommend it.

We felt at home because the owner was so helpful and attentive to what guests need, which you can't take for granted these days. The apartment itself was spacious, beautiful, clean, and very well equipped, with a convenient base for exploring Florence. Private parking is available for an extra fee. Thanks again for everything. I'll definitely come back when I need a place in Florence.
