The owner's warmth is what keeps bringing us back. She's kind, helpful, and quick to answer questions, so we always feel at home. The apartment is reliably spotless and has all the comforts we need. It's also especially handy when visiting Meyer or Careggi hospitals. We've stayed here for years, and we'll come again. Happy to recommend it.

The owner was lovely and ready to help with anything. The house has everything needed for a good stay, with a supermarket and pharmacy close by and Careggi Hospital easy to get to.

Tiziana was wonderful and so helpful, and we were very pleased with our stay. The apartment was modern and exceptionally clean. Shops and bars are an easy walk away, while the clinics and hospital are only minutes away by foot or car. We'd recommend it for a comfortable visit, especially if you're in town for medical appointments or a hospital stay. Giuseppina February 2023

There was plenty of room for the three of us, and we could each have our own space. Tiziana was straightforward and professional from the start, and left us with useful comforts in the apartment so we could settle in independently. The location worked well too, near the tram that gets to central Florence in under ten minutes. We'll come back and tell our friends about it.

What stood out most was how close the apartment is to Careggi/Mayer Hospital, just a few minutes away on foot. Mrs. Tiziana was accommodating and did her best to meet our needs. The place itself is bright, fully renovated, and has what you need for a pleasant stay, with big windows looking onto greenery. It's on a very quiet street, and free street parking was easy to find, which is unusual in Florence. The historic center is reachable on the new tramway, so we'd gladly return, maybe for a vacation.
