Appartamento Zanobi

The staff were outstanding, and the location was okay, with easy access to the train station. But it’s a small boutique hotel with no TV and limited amenities. For what it costs per night, I’d have chosen somewhere else.

Elide, Elena and Marina always greeted us with a smile and were ready to help whenever we needed anything. The staff were kind, respectful and professional, and we felt at home. The service made our stay exceptional, and security was excellent too. The hotel is near Santa Maria Novella station, with a self-service laundry, restaurants, a grocery store and a pharmacy nearby. Our room was clean and well updated.

There’s free water, tea, coffee, cookies and candies in the lobby, and they also lend umbrellas when it rains. The woman at the front desk was lovely to talk to. We stayed five nights and had a fantastic experience, with clean, spacious rooms and great shower pressure. The location is amazing, about a 7-8 minute walk from the train station. Great value for the price, and we’d definitely return.

They even gave me cookies when I checked out, and kept my luggage for free, which made travelling much easier. The staff were so kind and helpful throughout my three-night stay. The facilities were top-notch and everything felt comfortable. I also really liked the complimentary coffee and snacks. I’d highly recommend it!
