We booked three nights but left early. Our room was “blind,” and in the old building we could hear the neighbors. The furniture was poor too, the bathroom leaked and the table was unsteady. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It felt like staying in a home, not just a hotel room. We had a bedroom plus a living room with kitchen and dining space, and a small balcony or terrace, so it was comfortable even for a longer visit. We loved the apartment and plan to return whenever we visit Tuscany. Before arrival, communication was quick. The host welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and explained what we needed for our first day in Florence. Replies to our questions stayed fast throughout the visit. The cleaning staff were friendly and hardworking. We had a safe but never used it, and left everything in the room. Everyone seemed honest and friendly, and we felt safe. It’s a quiet place to come back to after walking around the busy center. Two bus stops are a 2-5 minute walk away: one serves number 11, the other numbers 36 and 37, and they reach the city center in 10 minutes. There are many parking spots in the enclosed area around the house, with cameras everywhere, which felt reassuring when leaving the car. The upper two floors have huge terraces. One has lots of tables, great for a calm evening with a glass of wine after a hot day downtown. The other has two jacuzzies, tables, and chairs. Nearby are plenty of small local supermarkets and pizzerias selling hot ready-made food. There are also 4-5 gas stations within a 2-minute drive, handy if you’re traveling by car.

Just one night for us, and it was perfect. We wanted somewhere comfortable with parking, within an easy walk of the city center. The service felt warm and homely.

We came for a vacation and really liked the place. Parking is free and spacious, which matters with Florence’s parking problems. The staff are so friendly and answer quickly on WhatsApp. RECCOMEND. The people running it have big hearts, and that’s what counts.

Parking mattered since we were driving, and they had it for 10 Euro a day. The staff were incredibly welcoming and nice. It’s not right in the town center, but the location worked for us. Allow 20 minutes each way to the center; we took a taxi, around 12-18 Euro each direction. The roof garden has a fantastic view and was a lovely spot for wine in the evening or breakfast. Our room was spacious and felt like home. We really enjoyed the stay. Marzio & Rosalba, the nice couple who run the hotel breakfast, are in the photos. Great place and great food!
