Art Apartment Ognissanti

The apartment was a good value and in a nice location, and the apartment itself was nice. It had a washing machine but no dryer, and there was no laundry detergent. Grocery stores only seemed to sell large bottles. The check-in caused us a lot of stress. Google Maps puts the property in the wrong place. It's actually about 300 meters farther northwest on the same street, several blocks away, and the blue residential numbers and red business numbers make it confusing. The owners didn't send the instructions properly, and when we booked through Chase Travel we had no contact phone number or email. We ended up paying for expensive international calls to Chase Travel and eventually the owners to get the check-in details. The key lockbox was also about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
