The staff member who covered both breakfast and check-in was very friendly, and communication throughout my stay was smooth. The location was excellent, with plenty of space and a beautiful shower. I found the stay pleasant and comfortable, with excellent service. The breakfast area felt a little small, and I’d have liked more variety in the fruit.

Rafaella was especially helpful with coffee, food, and suggestions for good places to eat. The owner also gave us useful advice about the location and all the information we needed. The room was clean and very nice, with plenty of clean towels and the option to have them changed every 2 days. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of food and variety. The bed and pillow were very comfortable, though I’d suggest one big mattress instead of two small ones.

Very clean, with genuinely friendly people running the place, and the bed was so comfortable. The tram is across the road, and it’s three stops to the city centre. Fantastic place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone planning to see this beautiful city.

We had a basic, clean twin room with a reasonable amount of space. The modern shower was a nice touch, though there were only two power outlets and I wished for more. Breakfast was included and great, and the hotel WIFI was good. Service was fantastic: the hosts were friendly and helpful, with lots of tips for getting around. It’s good value and near the station. The B&B is on the 4th floor of a residential block with other B&Bs, and there’s a lift. When you’re looking for it the first time, watch for a small sign beside the entrance door.

A friendly, very nice B&B near a tram and bus stop. It’s in more of a business area, so the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful on weekends.
