BB Dolce Luna

A lovely little B&B, with clean rooms and a very friendly host who knows plenty of good places to visit and eat around the city. It’s a 25-30 minute walk to the old town, or about a 10 minute bus ride. Being a little out of the center also made it nice to get away from the crowds. We’d definitely come back.

We really appreciated how welcoming the owner was. She helped us get settled, gave us a great map of the main sights, and was there if we needed anything else. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center and its main attractions. I enjoyed seeing more of this historic city on foot, and the distance meant things were quiet at night, away from the tourist bustle. There’s also a bus stop close by, plus a lovely gelato shop and a good bistro for when you don’t feel like going into the center. A great fit if you want somewhere small and peaceful that’s still easy to reach. Thanks so much for all your help!

Chiara made such a difference to our stay. She was thoughtful, kind, and caring, and helped us with all the details of getting around Florence, from buses and tickets to taxis. Our room was spacious and cleaned every day. One morning we had to leave early for a Tuscany tour and couldn’t stop for breakfast. Chiara bought individually packed croissants for us to take along and eat on the tour bus. She also gave us daily breakfast coupons for a neighborhood cafe. We had a lovely stay at this cute bed and breakfast, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. Thank you, Chiara, for taking such good care of us and thinking of all the little things we might need. ❤️

Chiara is awesome, and the rooms are comfortable and really clean. We liked being able to get away from the center and rest properly. A great place to stay in Florence.
