Getting around was easy, with public transport close by and the location working really well. The room was comfortable and clean. Recommended.

We were there for three days, and it was a terrible stay. The bathroom door wouldn't close on its own, toilet paper was left lying around with no holder, and the mini-fridge was switched off. There wasn't even a couple of welcome bottles of water, something I'd found at every other B&B. And there was no breakfast either. No one came to greet us when we arrived. When we asked things on WhatsApp, the replies were pretty bizarre, and the manager was rude on the phone. Towels were only changed once a day. Florence has plenty of B&Bs to choose from, and I'd avoid this one.
