B&B The Attico

Loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine, and the rooms were really nice. The location is perfect for a stay. Just know the elevator is super small, so with a family and stroller you may need several trips or take the stairs.

We stood outside the building for 50 minutes before another customer let us in. Nobody answered. The room was disgusting, extremely dirty and dusty, with dead insects on the lamp. There didn’t seem to be any security, and when we explained what had happened, the man was completely rude. They charged us for a broken lamp even though we were inside for only two minutes and didn’t touch anything because we were so disgusted. We’re trying to get our money back, but they aren’t responding. We contacted customer protection, who told us we could press charges. Worst place ever!

We left as soon as we arrived because the room was filthy and unhygienic. After we told the staff, they said we wouldn’t be charged. Three days later, €600 was taken from my card without my consent. I’ve spent the past two days trying to reach them by phone and email, with no reply. They seem to be deliberately avoiding contact. We’re taking legal action. Stay away, they’ll take your money and disappear.

We had to move out because the room was old and full of insects, dirt, and dust. It was an awful experience, and they still haven’t refunded us or answered our calls or messages, including those from booking.com. We waited outside the building for 50 minutes and they didn’t care, even though I was pregnant. They also cancelled our reservation on booking.com, so we couldn’t post a review, just as another customer described in the google reviews.
